- ” Nothing makes me feel healthy, beautiful and strong like the recipes of SJM, which I use daily. I have always loved to cook and eat healthy while also trying to follow a diet that was full of pure foods, but I often got frustrated because the recipes took forever, required a lot of preparation and were expensive to make. I also found myself not knowing the right choices to make when I went out with friends. Since meeting Sara she has opened my eyes to a new way of thinking and living my life. I get my weekly recipes and build my grocery list based on Sara’s blog. I live off her smoothies and I love how quick and easy all her food is, but most importantly I am satisfied and don’t feel deprived after meals.” -Cari Smulyan
- “Although I always thought a healthier lifestyle change would be difficult (or impossible), Sara has made the entire process not only easy, but fun. Her knowledge about everything from exercise to food and digestion has given me so many manageable ideas to support me in making important life changes. Sara is open, caring and sympathetic to my busy life and provides generous support in the goals I can realistically attain. I cannot thank her enough for the experience.” -Veronica Arzeno
